Perth Pipe Relining

Pipe relining is a no-dig drain repair solution that can save time, money and stress.

Traditionally, fixing an underground pipe that was cracked or damaged from tree root ingress typically meant one thing: digging it up!

But these days, there are other solutions available to repair a cracked or damaged pipe in tricky locations such as near hidden hazards, or beneath buildings.

Our team are experts at providing personalised solutions that save both time and money - let's get those problematic pipes back into shape today!

What is Pipe Relining?

Pipe Relining is a cutting-edge plumbing technique used to repair and replace cracked or broken pipes without the hassle of excavation.

This method involves pulling an epoxy-saturated liner to fit inside the existing pipe, it’s inserted directly inside the existing pipe, creating a seamless structural pipe within the existing host pipe.

Pipe Relining is an efficient and cost-effective way to refurbish old pipes while avoiding the laborious task of removing and replacing old infrastructure.

This durable alternative can save plumbing costs significantly while also providing lasting protection against future repairs. Pipe Relining is quickly becoming the go-to solution for plumbers everywhere.

Benefits of Pipe Relining:

Quick Pipe Repair Solution

The process can often be completed in just a few hours and requires little downtime, making it an ideal solution for urgent repairs.

Less Invasive than Traditional Methods

Often less invasive compared to traditional pipe repair or replacement methods as there’s no need to dig trenches or lay new pipes. Pipe relining also requires minimal disruption as work takes place inside pre-existing piping systems.

Lifespan of up to 50 Years

Our Pipe Relining solution comes with a 50-year product guarantee and a 10-year workmanship guarantee, giving you peace of mind.

Minimising Future Problems

Future problems caused by small cracks in pipes are eliminated due to the liner sealing off any of these cracks or gaps in the existing pipe, preventing tree root intrusions from gaining access to the drain.

How does Pipe Relining Work?

Step 1. A CCTV Drain Inspection is conducted to diagnose the problem and assist us in providing a suitable repair solution.

Step 2. If a drain blockage is detected, we use a high-pressure water jet to remove any obstructions such as root intrusions to ensure the pipe is clear.

Step 3. Using a CCTV Drain Inspection Camera, we confirm that the blockage has been cleared from the drain before locating any problems such as cracks or broken pipes and determining the best solution to repair the damaged pipe.

Step 4. A custom-made bladder and liner is inserted into the existing drain and positioned in the desired location.

Step 5. The liner is inflated using compressed air, it then expands and moulds perfectly over the existing pipework - patching holes and cracks. The liner is left to cure. Once the liner has cured, the bladder is deflated and removed, leaving a new pipe within the pipe.

Step 6. A CCTV Drain Inspection is conducted to confirm that the drain has been successfully repaired. The pipe is now ready for full use.
