When first speaking to Dillon on the phone felt comfortable that I was speaking to a true professional and friendly tradesperson. After briefly describing my plumbing issue to Dillon, he gave me an estimation of the cost and a time they would be able to come and fix it. They arrived on time and after fixing the problem replaced the brick paving they had to lift up and cleaned up after themselves. Just had a Rinnai gas hot water system installed by Dillon and his team. Very professional, clean and efficient installation at a price that beat other quotations. We had Dillon and his team out twice this week for two separate plumbing issues. Brilliant service - highly recommended. They came out exactly when they said they'd be there (right on 7am), and effectively dealt with both problems. The first issue was a leaking hot water pipe under my pavers. They found and resolved that quickly. The second issue was with an old gas hot water heater. Mindful of minimising costs, he gave us the option of patching up the unit, but we decided to replace it with a new/more efficient one. They came round the very next morning (exactly on 7am again), and did that job this morning.

We can highly recommend Dillon and the team from No Probs Plumbing and Gas. They are thorough, professional, courteous and even arrive on time. To cut a long story short we called Dillon after getting nowhere finding and repairing a water leak with another company. Dillon came quickly, organized for his leak detection specialist to find the water leak, temporarily fixed the leak so that we had water then subsequently came back and did a permanent repair and work around for the problem that didn't involve major mess and destruction of our bathroom. He knew his stuff and he and his team made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been so well done boys. We have finally found a "good" plumber who we will be using exclusively in the future. We would have no hesitatation in recommending No Probs Plumbing and Gas to anyone.

Months ago we had a fridge magnet from No Probs Plumbing & Gas, popped in our letter box and guess where we put it, yes thats right , on our fridge. No mucking around looking for a plumber when we had a problem with our gas water heater and gas room heater.One call to these guys and Dan gave us a quote over the phone and organised a date and time to fix things.Dan arrived on time and we are delighted with his work, he even asked if there was anything else while he was here and he unblocked the bathroom sink, funny how there's always something else.We are very happy with this company and will be using them again when needed and recommending them to family and friends. These guys are life savers! Dillon arrived 20 minutes after I called him up about a burst pipe inside of my upstairs wall cavity. To make matters worse it was Friday afternoon prior to a long weekend! Dillon and his team did a great job locating and fixing the leak whilst minimising further damage to the external wall. I used their services subsequently for a laundry renovation and they again proved that they were timely and trustworthy. All of their work has been at a quality standard and a great price. I will not use anyone else in the future.
